H500 motor uses high magnetic energy product N45SH magnetic steel temperature resistance up to 150 degrees. The 6-level magnetic steel forms a powerful magnetic field. In combination with the 0.2 Kawasakis steel sheet the H500 motor not only has high torque but also high efficiency.
The H500 motor has a maximum speed of up to 40 000 rpm and the high-speed motor is a test for bearings and shafts. Therefore on the HF500 motor we installed the NMB original imported bearings and the shaft material was changed to HRC 55 degree stainless steel which improved the defects of the previous shaft.
The F500 motor adopts 220 high-temperature enameled wire and the outlet bushing is changed to a carbon fiber casing which is fireproof and strong and better protects the copper wire from damage. With a 4.0 connector it can withstand larger currents and is safer.
The F500 motor rotors are calibrated at high speeds to make the motor vibrate less at high speeds and the flight is more stable!
